Amid the wave of AI technology reshaping the global industrial landscape, SOIN AI stood out at the "PAVD x CUHK-Shenzhen IEO Future Entrepreneur Entrepreneurship & Fundraising Boot Camp 2025 · Naohai Season," held April 18–20, 2025, with its innovative enterprise-grade agent hub technology and deep industry enablement solutions, winning the Outstanding Team Award and receiving seed funding support from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

This boot camp was co-organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Office of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and the Pan-Asian Venture Development Platform (PAVD), attracting more than 200 entrepreneurs from 10 countries and regions and 62 top universities. Of these, 32 teams advanced to the preliminary round and only 9 reached the grand final. Centered on the core philosophy "From idea to IPO," the program helped entrepreneurs break through early-stage financing bottlenecks through business plan polishing, investor mindset decoding and fundraising strategy practice.
In the final roadshow, SOIN AI co-founders Tengyu Hu and Ting Yang systematically demonstrated to senior judges including Gong Jiancong (barrister and entrepreneur), Peng Jianguang (IPV), He Yuandi (Rongyi Investment) and Huang Baojin (National University of Singapore) how the team's proprietary Agentic Workflow Engine (AWE) deeply fuses industry knowledge graphs with multimodal AI technology, providing "programmable, configurable, evolvable" agent solutions for education publishing, intelligent marketing, culture-tourism operations and other scenarios — ultimately winning over the entire panel with a clear business model and solid industry deployment cases.

Technical moat: The AWE engine achieves intelligent upgrading of enterprise decision logic through dynamic workflow orchestration and industry knowledge asset accumulation, with proven effectiveness in culture-tourism IP private-domain operations, financial risk control, port operations and other scenarios.
Commercial deployment: The team has cultivated vertical industries deeply, launching a "subscription SaaS + customized solutions" combination and co-building ecosystems with partners such as Kylin Software and culture-tourism think tanks, improving single-scenario content production efficiency by 300%.
Team strengths: Founding CEO Ting Yang (former VP of AI commercialization for Kunlun Tech's Tiangong AI), CTO Tengyu Hu (former Alibaba Cloud intelligent product expert), and AI R&D engineer Xienan Wang (Software Engineering, Dublin International College, Beijing University of Technology) — combining technical depth and commercialization experience — jointly won the PAVD competition's EXCELLENT award.
At the roadshow, the team especially showcased the innovative application of an "AI culture-tourism marketing Agent": agents built on the AWE engine can automatically generate IP operation strategies, convert long documents to video (the NarrativeVision Pro engine), and produce cross-language content. They already serve domestic local governments and multinational enterprises, validating the broad prospects of multimodal AI commercialization.
Expert Guidance: Professor Zhou Zhiwei Reveals the Code to Startup Success
The boot camp's chief mentor, Professor Zhou Zhiwei (Chairman of the Pan-Asian Venture Development Platform and Professor of Entrepreneurship Practice at CUHK Business School), emphasized in his keynote "How to Build a Successful Startup Team": "An A-level team must integrate dreamers, builders and fundraising experts, and precisely grasp the resonance point between technology trends and capital strategy." SOIN AI's practice aligns with this philosophy:

In addition, in the "Art of the Investment Pitch" practicum, the team applied Professor Zhou's "story framework — data validation — market potential" methodology, using customer cases of "NarrativeVision Pro" and "intelligent marketing content production" as fulcrums to vividly explain how agent technology drives efficiency in the real economy, earning judges' high praise for "combining technical rationality with commercial sensibility."
